Product Features

OA-10 is a colorless to pale yellow liquid at room temperature, readily soluble in water. Its aqueous solution exhibits cationic properties under acidic conditions and nonionic properties under alkaline conditions. It shows good compatibility with anionic and nonionic surfactants. OA-10 is characterized by mild performance, low irritation, excellent wetting ability, and moderate foaming. It is suitable for formulations containing bleaching agents and remains effective in detergents and foaming agents with high electrolyte content. It demonstrates good compatibility, being miscible with most surfactants, and does not hydrolyze under acidic conditions. It also remains stable under alkaline conditions and in the presence of strong electrolytes.

Application

Household and Personal Care Industry: Used in shampoos, body washes, facial cleansers, and similar products as a thickener, foam stabilizer, and conditioning agent, imparting rich and stable foam to the formulations.

Detergent Industry: Applied in dishwashing liquids and hard surface cleaners, providing thickening, soil removal, and irritation reduction.

Safety and Storage

From a safety perspective, OA-10 is irritating to the skin and eyes. Strict personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn during handling to avoid direct contact.

In case of skin or eyes contact, immediately rinse with plenty of water for at least 30 minutes and seek medical assistance.

It should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated indoor place, protected from moisture and strictly guarded against exposure to sunlight.
