Product Features
T0211 appears as a colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid at room temperature. It is readily soluble in water and alcoholic solvents such as ethanol. It integrates excellent penetration, emulsifying, softening, antistatic and bactericidal properties. The quaternary ammonium nitrogen atom in its molecule carries a positive charge and can be strongly adsorbed onto the surface of negatively charged substances, thereby exerting antistatic, softening and bactericidal effects. The two hydroxyethyl groups (-CH2-CH2-OH) in the molecule endow it with better water solubility, a lower Krafft point and improved compatibility.
Application
Pesticide Industry: It serves as an environment-friendly pesticide emulsifier, providing excellent emulsifying effects.
Oilfield Chemistry: It acts as an emulsifier and dispersant in oilfield exploitation and treatment processes.
Textile and Papermaking: It is used as a softener and antistatic agent (commonly seen in its analogs, such as hydrogenated tallow-based derivatives).
Safety and Storage
