Product Features

 

OPDA10 is a colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid under ambient temperature and pressure. Its molecule contains two amino groups (-NH), which endow it with basicity and enable it to react with acids to form salts. The two amino groups provide enhanced reactivity and stronger coordination capacity, facilitating chemical modification and derivatization. OPDA10 features both hydrophilic groups and hydrophobic alkyl chains in its molecular structure, thus exhibiting excellent surface activity and being applicable in emulsification, dispersion and other processes. Meanwhile, as a multifunctional chemical, OPDA10 plays an important synergistic and auxiliary role in formulations such as corrosion inhibitors and flotation agents.




Application

 

Mineral Flotation: Serves as a cationic collector for the flotation of phosphate ores and other minerals.

Industrial Additives: Acts as an intermediate or direct component in the production of corrosion inhibitors, fuel additives, and lubricant additives.

Coatings & Pigments: Used as a coating additive, pigment and dye intermediate, which helps improve product performance.




Safety and Storage

 

From a safety perspective, OPDA10 is irritating and corrosive to the skin and eyes, and contact may cause burns. Strict personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn during handling to avoid direct contact.

In case of skin or eyes contact, immediately rinse with plenty of water for at least 30 minutes and seek medical assistance.

Stored in a sealed container in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from sources of ignition, heat, and oxidizing agents.Store separately from incompatible substances such as acids.
